We bring a different approach. As SEO Product managers we are going to apply a product development approach commonly known as Agile via the most famous framework SCRUM. It allows us to manage the work and know what is going to be deliver and when. This framework help sus to create a roadmap for our SEO strategy in a visual way, using kanban board or Sprints. We also write users stories, so when we are facing technical difficulties, it is easy to communicate with the development team. SEO is transversal and SCRUM is based on agile’s pillars : Transparency, Adaptation and Inspection. Being transparent during the whole process allows us to integrate all the stakeholders and the different department in the realization of the input, also called increment.

Another important priority for us is to make sure that the Internet is accessible to everybody, nowadays people with disabilities are facing many difficulties while surfing the Internet or a website. 2011 Paris - The Beginning
I grew up in France and studied abroad in England and in Canada : Montreal at Concordia University – JMSB School of Business. This is when I felt in love with the land of the maple leaf and knew that I will come back to settle down there. I have 2 master degrees, a Master in International Marketing & Business Development and another one in Science of Management.
Web Analytics & Digital Marketing Consultant
First experience as a Web Analytics and Web Marketing consultant on 2 missions for different Telecommunication customers. My first introduction to SEO was related to the reporting side , creating dashboard and reports for Branded / non branded traffic and other SEO kpis requested by stakeholders. I worked for a digital agency for 2.5 years before my next opportunity.

2013 BORÅS - Sweden
After this rich experience in France I wanted to gain international exposure. I managed to get enrolled in a french program named ‘’ Volunteering for International Experience ‘’ which allowed me to find an opportunity in Sweden as a online Marketing Coordinator, responsible for the web Marketing plan, the emailing chanel, the SEO strategy and web Analytics,

2015 TORONTO - Last stop

As mentioned previously my goal has always been to come back definitively to Canada, in order to pursue a professional career. I picked Toronto for its multiculturalism and the job opportunities, especially considering the fact that being bilingual ( English and French ) could be beneficial in Ontario.

Arriving in Toronto I was lucky enough to find a job in my field and related to seo. I found an opportunity as an SEO campaign manager for a well known company specialized in Small and Medium Businesses called Yellow Pages. I was responsible for the SEO strategiesof companies like Veterinarian, Lawyers, dentist, optometrist, Insurance brokers or Ndt inspection or plastic surgeon, I was in charge of 13 clients and was doing, site audit, onsite optimization, keyword research, copy-writing for close to 2 years.
Digital Product Manager
Then I decided to join Groupe Média TFO as a Digital Product Manager. I was in charge of a website with more than 11 000 french educational resources. My responsibilities included, the prioritization of task and tickets. Following up on sprints within the Scrum Framework and the agile principles : Transparency, Adaptation, Inspection. Build the SEO strategy and fix the SEO issues, Due to our educational mandate we had to follow the AODA and WCAG rules, to make sure that everything on the website respected those criteria.
SEO Product Manager
After this Product Management experience, I was really thinking of going back to SEO, and create a mix of SEO and Product management. I managed to find the best of both world with my current position as Product manager SEO for Staples, one of the biggest e-retailers in Canada. Beside SEO and Product Management, this was a great opportunity to improve my e-commerce SEO skills on a bilingual website.
